Ron Jordan, Realtor, holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) who are realtors qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, the Seniors Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC) offers the SRES designation to identify those realtors who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
Ron Jordan's career spans over 30 years in corporate marketing and sales management with the General Electric and 3M Companies. During his career Ron was responsible for managing and negotiating many major contracts with a variety of customers. After retiring from 3M, he obtained his real estate license and became active in residential real estate in Austin, TX in 2001.
Ron has worked with seniors and others in selling and buying homes, building new homes, downsizing and relocating. He has demonstrated the knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in the complex real estate transactions in downsizing, relocating or selling the family home. He is dedicated to serving the real estate needs of the senior consumer.
