Ed Gruber, Vice President, Clinical Services
Ed Gruber comes to our Caregiver Forums with 27 years of experience as a pharmacist, pharmacy manager and business owner. Ed is employed by MBS Pharmacy; he was previously a consultant pharmacist and regional consultant manager for SunScript Pharmacy. In this position, he managed and coordinated consulting services for Texas, New Mexico and southern Missouri. He has operated an independent senior care consulting practice for several years. He is a member and a fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacist and recently served on a Texas Department of Human Services panel to develop medication assessment tools for the Quality Monitoring system.

Ed can help you control medication use and cost by recommending ways to reduce unnecessary and inappropriate medications and by using disease management programs to help improve your elder's quality of life. He can also help with other pharmacy areas such as recommendations for proper storage and administration of medications.
Ed earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Houston.
